2 lbs. catfish fillets or nuggets (for four) 3/4 c. mustard 1/4 c. Louisiana hot sauce Cornmeal Old Bay seafood seasoning Mix mustard and hot sauce together. Coat fish nuggets, and put in baggy with cornmeal (sprinkled with seasoning). Shake until coated and deep fry. |
