WINTER FRUIT DELIGHT 
4 medium grapefruit
1/2 c. orange marmalade
3 medium bananas
1 c. sugar
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries

Peel and section grapefruit, reserving juice. Add enough water to make 1 cup. Combine juice, sugar and marmalade in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add cranberries and boil 5 to 8 minutes or until skins pop. Cool; stir in grapefruit. Cover and chill. Slice bananas and stir in chilled mixture just before serving. This mixture will keep in the refrigerator up to a week.
