LARGE PEACH UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
Melt 3/4 cups butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar in large cake pan. Put peach halves cut side down in butter and brown sugar.

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 peach
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt

Beat egg yolks and rest of stuff. Beat egg white until stiff. Fold in rest of ingredients pour over peaches. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream.
