PORK CHOPS ROSEMARY 
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
6 pork chops, center cut 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Combine Miracle Whip, juice, seasonings; mix well. Pour over chops. Marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Remove chops; place on rack in baking pan. Save marinade. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown and tender. Turn once halfway through baking time.

Just before serving, combine marinade and flour; gradually add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened and hot. Pour over chops arranged on platter and serve.

Best if served with rice and salad. Chops are rich and very filling.
