MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
1 1/2 c. milk (may use half and half)
1 (4 serving size) Jello instant pudding/pie filling vanilla flavor
1 tbsp. instant coffee
3 1/2 c. (8 oz. size) Cool Whip - thawed (may use "Lite")
1 pkg. chocolate crumb crust
Fudge sauce

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding, mix and add instant coffee. Beat with sire whisk for 1 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours. Remove from freezer. Let stand about 10 minutes. Top with fudge sauce. Store in freezer.
