CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRIES 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick Parkay
2-3 lbs. confectioners' sugar
Maraschino cherries
Chocolate wafers

Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add sugar gradually using a mixer until stiff. Make a small ball of mixture. Now flatten out between your fingers. Wrap around cherry. Making a ball, dip into melted chocolate. If you leave them set for 5 to 7 days there will be liquid in the center.
