MICROWAVE APPLE CRISP 
8 apples, pared & sliced (or rhubarb or peaches)

Place in microwave cake pan. Mix:

1/2 c. sugar or more (depending on fruit)
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix and stir into the fruit.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. oatmeal (quick)
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix topping as for pie crust; sprinkle over fruit mixture. Microwave until fruit is tender, about 12-15 minutes, depending on your microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
