SPONGOALTOP 
2 pkgs. chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) Feta cheese
1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1 (16 oz.) box Phyllo Dough
4 to 5 eggs
Scallions, chopped
Parsley & pepper, chopped
3 butter sticks (4 oz. each)

Butter pan and place 8 dough sheets, butter each sheet in between. Mix the rest of the ingredients and spread on top of the layers of phyllo dough. Place about 8 more sheets of phyllo dough buttering between layers.

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before cutting. Do not cover to reheat.
