BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
3 c. self-rising flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
1 can blueberries, drained

Combine dry ingredients. Add egg and milk; mix well. Add blueberries and mix well. Dip batter into muffin pans that have been sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 400 degrees until brown, approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
