WAIKIKI CHICKEN 
3 lbs. fryer (or pieces), cut into serving pieces
1/2 c. flour
Salt & pepper
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 c. crushed pineapples, undrained
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ginger

Coat chicken in seasoned flour. Brown in oil. Drain off excess oil. Combine pineapple, barbecue sauce, cornstarch and ginger. Pour over chicken in skillet. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
