WHITE FUDGE CANDY 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften cheese in top of double boiler. Add butter to chopped pecans and toast in oven for 30 minutes at 300 degrees, stir occasionally. Cream softened cheese into powdered sugar. Add toasted pecans and vanilla. Drop by spoon onto wax paper or put into pan until set, then cut in squares.
