SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD 
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients. Pour in hot greased iron skillet.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
