CRANBERRY APPLE CRISP 
5 medium Granny Smith apples
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Preheat oven to 375°F. Peel, core and slice apples. Place in 9 x 13-inch baker. Combine cranberry sauce, sugar and flour in bowl. Mix well, then pour over apples.

Topping:

1/4 c. walnuts
1 c. dry oatmeal
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine all ingredients with butter. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown and fruit is tender. May be topped with ice cream or Cool Whip when served.
