MINI REUBENS 
1 loaf party rye bread
Poupon mustard
Summer sausage
Drained sauerkraut
Swiss cheese
Dill pickles

Spread slice of rye bread with poupon mustard. Top with a slice of summer sausage. Top with a spoonful of drained sauerkraut. Place on top a slice of Swiss cheese. Place as many as you wish to make on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. When removing them from the oven place a chunk of dill pickle on the top which has been fastened with a toothpick. Serve warm.
