STEAK BAKE CASSEROLE 
4 cube steaks, 1/2" strips
2 tbsp. shortening
1 onion, cut into rings
1 green pepper, cut into rings
1/2 c. mushroom stems & pieces (4 oz. can)
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. tomatoes (1 lb. 4 oz. can)
10 oz. pkg. French cut beans
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sesame seed

Brown meat in shortening. Add rest except flour, green beans and sesame seeds. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring once. Add cooked beans and thicken with flour. Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Drop muffin mixture onto hot meat mixture; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

MUFFINS:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry msutard
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. melted shortening
1/2 c. milk

Combine ingredients and mix.
