BEEF CONDON BLUE | |
Beef breakfast steaks Mozzarella and American cheese Ham, chopped or sliced Flour, cinnamon, salt, pepper and eggs, (toothpicks) Lay one breakfast steak out flat. Layer with cheeses, ham and place another steak on top. Fasten with toothpicks. Mix eggs and seasonings in bowl. Dip and coat well each cordon bleu in egg mixture. Coat with flour. Deep fry 3 to 5 minutes. Cool 3 to 5 minutes and serve. |
