EASY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix all ingredients. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake until done or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let set and serve with whipped cream.
