2 c. lowfat, sm. curd cottage cheese 2 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained 2 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar free orange or pineapple gelatin 2 c. low calorie prepared whipped topping Gently fold cottage cheese, crushed pineapple, and dry gelatin into prepared whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Spoon into individual serving dishes. Yield: 8 servings, 78 calories per serving. |
