BACON FRIED RICE | |
1/2 lb. bacon 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 c. celery, diced 1 c. mushrooms 3 c. cooked rice 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 egg, slightly beaten Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. Remove bacon - drain on absorbent paper. Crumble and reserve. Saute onion and celery in bacon drippings until tender. Add mushrooms, rice, and soy sauce. Cook 5 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in beaten egg and cook only until egg is done. Mix in the crumbled bacon and serve. |
