ARTICHOKE RICE SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. chicken flavored vermicelli rice mix
2 (7 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1/3 c. mayonnaise
12 green olives, sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped or sliced
2 green onions, chopped

Cook rice according to directions on package, omitting the butter. Cool. Drain artichokes, reserving liquid. Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly and chill.
