BROKEN PIEROGIE 
1/2 lb. rigatoni, cooked in salted water and drained
5 med. potatoes, cooked in jackets
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick butter
1 sm. onion, diced

Peel and dice potatoes while hot. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes, add drained rigatoni over them. Sprinkle remaining cheese to melt. Saute onions in butter. Pour over mixture. Mix thoroughly.
