MEATBALLS AND SPAGHETTI 
MEATBALLS:

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 tsp. salt
Italian bread crumbs (enough to form balls)
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onion, or 2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
Dash pepper

Combine above ingredients and bake in oven at 400 degrees until done (about 1/2 hour). Makes approximately 16 balls. Turn meatballs over once.

SAUCE:

1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu with mushrooms
Onions to taste
1 tsp. anise seed
1 tsp. sugar
1 sm. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Parsley flakes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Garlic to taste (1 tsp.)
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt to taste

Simmer on low in crock pot a couple hours or bring to boil on stove, then reduce to simmer for 1 hour or so.
