PEACH CRUMB PUDDING | |
3 c. sliced peaches 1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon Arrange peaches in well greased 1 quart baking dish. Cream butter and sugar together. Mix salt and spices with flour. Stir into sugar mix, until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream. Yields 6 servings. |
