BLUEBERRY CRUMB PUDDING 
1 c. Zwiebach crumbs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. fresh blueberries
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Combine crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter.

Place 1 cup blueberries in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Cover with half of crumb mixture. Repeat layers. Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm. Top with ice cream. Makes 6 servings.
