CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 boneless skinless chicken breast, halved
8 slices baby Swiss cheese
8 slices ham (your favorite kind)
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Salt & pepper
1 egg
Dash of milk

Mix bread crumbs, salt and pepper in bowl; set aside. Beat together egg and milk in bowl; set aside. Wash chicken breasts and lay out flat. Place 1 slice cheese and 1 slice ham on chicken then roll. Hold together with toothpicks. First roll in egg mixture, get completely wet, then roll in bread crumbs until completely covered. Place in frying pan with oil and brown then bake in oven for approximately 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
