PERFECT POT ROAST | |
3 lb. pot roast 2 beef bouillon cubes 1/2 c. boiling water Salt & pepper to taste 2 tsp. minced onion 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4-1/2 tsp. garlic powder (to taste) Place pot roast in crockpot. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water, pour over pot roast. Add all the spices on top. Cover and cook on high 5-6 hours or on low 10-12 hours. Turn meat occasionally. Potatoes and carrots can be cooked with the roast if desired. Serves 4-5. |
