2 pkgs. frozen spinach
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. Ritz crackers
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan
Tabasco
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter

Cook and drain spinach. Combine ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Call Fenton!!
