CAJUN CAMP CHILI 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
3 med. yellow onions
1 (15 oz.) can cream style kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can pork & beans
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
7 oz. tomato ketchup
1 1/2 to 2 oz. chili powder (hot or not so hot)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. bunch green onions

Salt and pepper meat and fry until done. Cook chopped yellow onions in microwave on high for 5 minutes. (Do not include green onions at this point.) Combine all ingredients, except green onions, in large, heavy pot. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Taste to make sure salt and pepper suits your own personal taste - add more if you like. Add chopped green onions; remove from heat and cover. Let stand for 30 minutes.

Serve over Fritos and cheese (cheese optional). Enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
