PINEAPPLE PUDDING | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding (prepared) 1 box Nilla Wafers MERINGUE TOPPING: 2 egg whites 1/4 c. sugar Layer wafers first, pineapple then pudding. Use until all ingredients are gone ending with pudding. Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar gradually. Spread over top of pudding. Use extra wafers along edges of dish (if any). Bake 300 degrees for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. |
