MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 c. diced bell pepper
1 c. diced celery
2 c. cauliflower buds
6 green onions & tops, chopped
1 can French green beans, drained
1 can English peas, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 jar chopped pimentos

MARINADE:

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper

Bring this to a boil; let it cool completely and then pour over vegetables. Refrigerate. Will keep for 1 month.
