PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. pretzel crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip or Dream Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. hot pineapple juice
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. partially thawed strawberries

Mix together and bake about 15 minutes at 350 degrees the pretzel crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Mix the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip; spread over the cooled crumbs.

Dissolve the Jello, pineapple juice and partially thawed strawberries. Let partially set and pour over the above mixture. Let congeal.
