1 (48 oz.) jar Randall Brand Great Northern Beans
1 1/2 lbs. lean bite sized pork (or chop suey meat)
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper - or go for it
16 oz. catsup
3 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 to 2 med. onions, chopped

Mix all items together starting at the top or bottom or middle. Bake at 300 degrees uncovered for 5 to 6 hours and covered for the last hour, or cook in a slow cooker with lid on while you are at work or overnight and uncover for the last 30 to 45 minutes.
