SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3 eggs, beaten light
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour

Beat well until smooth. Fry thin cakes on griddle. Butter; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and roll up or serve with butter and syrup. These are good cold, rolled around pork links. A tasty lunch in the pocket of a hungry hunter. (I mix this in the blender.)
