1 med. steak, cut in cubes, floured
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of onion soup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
Put cubes of floured steak in skillet with tablespoon butter and brown. Cook egg noodles separately, by directions. Drain oil from steak. Add onion soup plus 1 can water to steak. Low heat, let simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Drain water from egg noodles and stir small amount oil through. Add sour cream to steak mixture stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add noodles to mixture. Stir. Serve with garlic bread and green salad. Serves 4 to 6.
