PARTY PIZZA | |
1 lb. ground lean beef 1 lb. Italian pork sausage 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 2 tbsp. oregano, more if desired 2 loaves party rye bread Brown beef and sausage. Drain off excess fat. Stir in the cheese and oregano. Spread the mixture on the slices of rye bread. Put the slices on a cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen, package in plastic bag and store in freezer. When ready to serve, heat the pizza slices on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 300 degrees. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |
