MILLS' SPECIAL 
2 lbs. ground beef, browned
1 med. El Paso taco sauce
1 can pinto beans
1 med. onion, chopped

Simmer first 4 ingredients about 15 minutes. Then layer with white or yellow tortillas and Longhorn cheese. Top with a can of (mild) enchilada sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with lettuce and tomato.
