BEEF BARBECUE SANDWICHES | |
2 lb. boneless lean meat 1 tbsp. horseradish 1 1/2 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 c. shredded cabbage 1 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 3/4 c. water Place beef in saucepan and enough water to cover it. Cook on low heat until very tender. Remove meat from broth; cool. Cut in shredded pieces. Combine meat with all ingredients; cover and simmer about 1 hour or more. Stir occasionally. Very good for picnics. |
