BARLEY CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 c. barley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. beef bouillon

Melt butter in skillet. Add onions, mushrooms and barley. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Place in casserole. Stir in salt, pepper and bouillon. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven until barley is done. Serves 8.
