SOUR CREAM PEAR PIE 
3 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sour cream
1 graham cracker pie crust
4 or 5 fresh sliced pears (or you can use canned sliced pears)

TOPPING:

1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Line bottom of graham cracker crust with 4 or 5 sliced fresh pears. (You can also use canned sliced pears.) Pour mixture over sliced pears. Add topping by sprinkling on top of pie and bake at 425 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. (Watch and remove when golden brown.) Cool and refrigerate.
