EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixer bowl, beat Eagle Brand milk and peanut butter until creamy. Add Bisquick and vanilla; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly brown. Do not over bake. Cool. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
