1 pkg. Knorr's Leek Soup Mix
1 pt. sour cream
1 can minced clams or shrimp
1 tbsp. onion, chopped

Blend well (whip). Add 1 can of minced clams, or cut off pieces of shrimp. Add onions. Let set for a couple of hours. Serve with your favorite chips.
