1 c. whipping cream
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

Heat everything except whipping cream. Continue to heat until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let mixture cool. Next, whipped cream, fold; Fold cooled mixture into whipped cream

This dip is great with any fresh fruit.
