LOW CAL MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 sm. zucchini
3 sm. yellow crook neck squash
1 sm. head cauliflower

Wash squash good. Cut off ends and slice thin. Cauliflower can be left in flowerettes or sliced thin. Drain off any excess water. Add about 1/2 cup Henris Italian Dressing. We also use Henris Bleu Cheese. Let marinate 1/2 hour or more.
