CAVATINI 
1 or 2 lbs. Italian sausage
8 oz. mushrooms
1 onion, diced
1 pg. pepperoni
1 green pepper, diced
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. Rotini, cooked and drained
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

Brown sausage, onion, peppers and pepperoni together. Mix cooked Rotini with other ingredients. Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Recipe can be cut in half and baked in a casserole dish.
