MEXI-CORN PIE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can Mexi-corn (with red and green peppers)
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
3 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cook ground turkey and onion until meat is browned, drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, heat to boiling. Pour into baking dish. Mix together 1 cup cornmeal, 1 cup milk, 2 beaten eggs. Pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
