1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco seasoning
4 oz. can diced green chilies, drained
2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Your favorite taco toppings (tomatoes, lettuce, cheese)

Brown and drain hamburger. Mix taco seasoning with beef and onion. Spread into a greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour over beef mixture. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes more. Add your favorite toppings when serving.
