24 HOUR CABBAGE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 sm. onion, grated
1 green pepper, diced

Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over the above.

DRESSING:

1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salad oil

Boil dressing for 3 minutes, then while it is still hot, add to cabbage. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours. Keeps well.
