BRUNCH DISH 
1 (24 oz.) frozen hash browns
8 oz. Swiss cheese
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
5 oz. Pepper cheese
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 pkgs. little smokies
1/2 c. half & half
2 eggs

Defrost potatoes and pat out excess moisture. Bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees. Layer, Swiss cheese, then smokies, then Cheddar cheese, then Pepper cheese. Beat eggs with half & half, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Pour over top. (May be refrigerated until next day at this point.) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
