ALOHA LOAF 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (7 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

1. In medium bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Add eggs and beat well.

3. Stir in mashed banana.

4. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into creamed mixture. Mix well.

5. Fold in undrained pineapple and coconut.

6. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

7. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes - or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean at 350 degrees.
