BRAISED SIRLOIN TIPS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. beef sirloin tips, cut in 1" cubes
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef consomme
1/3 c. red burgundy wine (opt.)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash of garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Melt butter in large skillet. Braise meat. Stir in consomme, wine, soy sauce, garlic and onion salt. Heat to boiling point. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
